01. Amber:
Light brownish yellow color of glass or plastic bottles used as primary packaging to protect light-sensitive products

02. Polyethylene, high-density (HDPE):

Is a form of high density PE plastic. At high density, thermoplastic materials are stiffer and less permeable to them than resins of the same low density. They are also more resistant to deformation temperatures.

03. Polyethylene, low-density (LDPE):

It is a form of low density PE plastic. In this form, PE resins are more flexible, contractile and elastic, so they are more resistant to impact than high density ones

04. Polyethylene terephthalate (PET):

A resin with outstanding clarity and very good impact resistance, along with good barrier properties to resist grease, cold temperatures and sunlight.

05. Polypropylene (PP):

A hard, light, rigid plastic made by the polymerization of propylene in the presence of a metal catalyst at relatively low pressure and temperature.

06. Polystyrene (PS):

Thermoplastic compound is used to make plastic containers and lids.

07. Phenolic:

General name for thermosetting phenol formaldehyde.

08. Polyvinyl chloride (PVC):

A thermoplastic consisting of polymers of vinyl chloride, a colorless solid with outstanding resistance to water, alcohol, concentrated acids and alkalis.

09. Bottleneck Lace:

The twist on the neck of the bottle is suitable for specific cap styles.

10. Sealing Ring:

The ring comes with the lids, which is proof that the lids have been opened from the container. Usually these rings will be left on the neck of the bottle after opening.

11. Type III Glass:

Is a kind of alkaline glass, with moderate water resistance, often used to contain oral solid and liquid products (pharmaceuticals, health foods). Glass is classified according to pharmacopoeial standards.

12. Proportion:

The mass per unit volume of a substance, usually expressed in units of g/cm3, g/ft3…

13. Product life:

The length of time a product can be stored under specific temperature and/or humidity conditions and still meet the required specifications.

14. PE seal film, polymer seal film:

Is a seal film made from porous polyethylene with high elasticity, mainly used in metal caps or twisted plastic caps.

15. Heat-sensitive sealing film:

A type of seal with integrated high-frequency induction heating that melts the thermal glue and sticks to the mouth of the container. Thermal bonding provides a reliable protection against ingress of oxygen or moisture.

16. Self-adhesive seal film:

It is a type of seal film that sticks to the mouth of the container thanks to the wax coating on the porous Polystyrene layer. The adhesive process takes place thanks to the pressure exerted on the vortex lid when swirling into the mouth of the container, the adhesive process takes place on its own without heating.

17. Heat seal film:

This is a type of seal film mainly composed of polyolefin layer and thermal paste layer, in addition, there may be an additional thin aluminum layer in the middle to increase the level of protection depending on the characteristics of each product. This seal film adheres to the mouth of the container through the direct action of the heating device.

18. Polyvinyl seal film:

A type of seal film made of polyvinyl film glued on a white pulp paper base

19. PTFE seal film:

A type of seal made of PTFE (also known as Teflon). These membranes often have an additional layer of silicone lining underneath.

20. Aluminum seal film:

Laminated polyester film with aluminum layer, bonded to the pulp paper layer.

21. Membrane seal cone:

A type of seal film made from LDPE plastic, cone-shaped. This is a wedge-type seal that covers the entire mouth of the inner diameter of the item that is not normally used for liquid products.
