Production process

01.
WASHING DRY PROCESS OF BOTTLES, ACCESSORIES
1. Receiving, checking and preserving input materials

The main input materials are bottles and accessories “raw materials” ordered by PGA from domestic and foreign suppliers/manufacturers that meet GMP standards. All manufacturers and suppliers are evaluated and approved according to the company’s internal supplier audit process.

Other auxiliary materials such as PE bags, cartons… serve the purpose of packaging the products after washing and drying.

The warehouse department receives and inspects according to the process of “receiving, preserving and handling raw materials and packaging materials” with the control and supervision of the quality department. Papers related to the shipment such as invoice, packing list, product test sheet, etc. must be checked and confirmed.

The system of codes, batch numbers and identification labels will apply to each type of material to ensure easy identification and traceability when necessary.

All materials in the warehouse have their own inventory card, recording the history of import and export to help facilitate purchasing and production activities.

The environment in the warehouse is controlled in terms of temperature, humidity and regularly monitored to ensure the quality of raw materials during the storage period.

All materials are sampled for quality control before being put into production.

2. Allocating materials for production and packaging

Based on the work order given from the planning department, the warehouse department distributes the materials (including the main raw materials are bottles, accessories such as lids, pump nozzles, spray heads and auxiliary materials are bags). PE, carton) for production department. Dispensing and receiving processes are recorded in batch records and monitored by the quality department.

3. Carry out washing and drying

After receiving the materials from the warehouse department, the production department proceeds to manufacture according to the schedule given in the work order.

Information about the batch of finished product produced and the manufacturing steps are recorded in the respective production batch record.

Products in turn go through washing and drying stages with automatic processing lines, continuously ensuring productivity and efficiency.

The water used in the washing process is pure water that complies with the quality standards given in the Vietnamese pharmacopoeia V. The compressed air used is verified for particles and micro-organisms to ensure that it does not contaminate the washed product. drying.

In-process control is carried out parallel to the production process to ensure that critical nodes are monitored, and samples of intermediate and semi-finished products are checked to ensure required quality.

4. Packing grade I

Bottles and accessories after being washed and dried will be transferred to the first stage of packaging.

Grade I packaging uses grade I packaging material which is a clean PE bag film that is strictly controlled for microbiological limits to ensure that it does not contaminate the packaged product.

Packing products after washing and drying will use vacuum technology, completely sealing to minimize product contamination and prolong product life after washing and drying.

The information performed in the packaging process is recorded in the package batch file. In-process control is implemented to ensure accuracy, tightness, minimize errors, and product confusion.

5. Packing level 2

At the end of the first stage of packaging, the product will be moved to the level II packing area to perform the level II packing.

Grade II packaging materials used include: cartons, stamps-labels, tape.

Control during level II packaging at important work nodes such as printing batches, packing boxes, and labeling labels will be implemented to ensure minimizing errors and product confusion during the packaging process.

6. Finished products warehouse

At the end of the secondary packaging stage, the finished products will be transported from the level II packing area to the finished product warehouse. The delivery between the level II packing department and the warehouse must comply with the internal delivery process.

Sampling of finished products is carried out for quality control, after satisfactory inspection, the “approved” finished product is allowed to leave the factory. Warehouse staff update the inventory card of the corresponding finished product.

7. Warehouse sales

Based on the delivery schedule, the planning department will prepare the finished product release note and send it to the warehouse department. After receiving the finished product delivery note, the warehouse department prepares the corresponding finished product. The release of finished products is complied with the principles of FEFO, FIFO appropriately.

02.
PRODUCTION PROCESS OF ALUMINUM AND PVC FILM
1. Receiving, checking and preserving input materials

The main input materials are aluminum film rolls, large-format PVC films ordered by PGA from foreign suppliers that meet GMP standards. All manufacturers and suppliers are evaluated and approved according to the company’s internal supplier audit process.

Other auxiliary materials include PE bags, foam liner, cartons… for the purpose of packing aluminum films, small PVC films after being split.

When the materials arrive at the company, the warehouse department will receive and check according to the process of “receiving, preserving and handling raw materials and packaging materials” with the control and supervision of the department. quality. Papers related to the shipment such as invoice, packing list, product test sheet, etc. must be checked and confirmed.

The system of codes, batch numbers and identification labels will apply to each type of material to ensure easy identification and traceability when necessary.

2. Allocate raw materials for production and packaging

Based on the production order given from the planning department, the warehouse department distributes the materials (including the main materials are aluminum film, PVC film and auxiliary materials are PE bags, foam lining, cartons). ) for the production department. Dispensing and receiving processes are recorded in batch records and monitored by the quality department.

3. Start producing

After receiving the materials from the warehouse department, the production department proceeds to manufacture according to the schedule given in the work order.

PVC film and large format aluminum film will go through the process of dividing into small sizes as required.

Particularly for aluminum film, the sizes after splitting will undergo printing according to the requirements of each customer.

Information about the batch of finished product produced and the manufacturing steps are recorded in the respective production batch record.

In-process control is carried out parallel to the production process to ensure that critical nodes are monitored, and samples of intermediate and semi-finished products are checked to ensure required quality.

5. Packing grade II

At the end of the first stage of packaging, the product will be moved to the level II packing area to perform the level II packing.

Grade II packaging materials used include: cartons, stamps-labels, tape. For products that are easily deformed, such as aluminum films, additional foam linings will be used to ensure the physical quality of the product.
